注冊(cè)證上的商標(biāo)描述與申請(qǐng)文件中的商標(biāo)描述不一樣，注冊(cè)證上的商標(biāo)描述為：The mark consists of a red shaded rectangle; inside of the red shaded rectangle appears a large yellow stylized poop design in the upper left hand corner; four additional smaller yellow stylized poop designs appear to the right of the large stylized poop design.翻譯一下：該商標(biāo)由一個(gè)紅色矩形組成;在紅色矩形左上角有一個(gè)大的黃色風(fēng)格化設(shè)計(jì)的便便，其右側(cè)有四個(gè)小的風(fēng)格化設(shè)計(jì)的便便。

三、現(xiàn)在的好消息是，已經(jīng)有人對(duì)這件商標(biāo)提撤銷了！撤銷申請(qǐng)人是中國(guó)的一個(gè)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)：Zhejiang Import & Export Pet Food and Product Industry Association。

撤銷申請(qǐng)的一個(gè)重要法律依據(jù)就是美國(guó)蘭漢姆（商標(biāo)）法第1052條，主張?jiān)撋暾?qǐng)商標(biāo)屬于“含有對(duì)生者或死者、機(jī)構(gòu)、信仰或國(guó)家象征有貶損或引起錯(cuò)誤聯(lián)想的內(nèi)容，或包含使之蒙受鄙視或破壞其名譽(yù)的內(nèi)容”及“包含美國(guó)或其州、市或外國(guó)的旗幟、盾形紋章或其他徽章，以及對(duì)上述的模仿”（禁止注冊(cè)條款）的情形。
